But, it was not until the 2009 hit "Just Dance" that the mainstream music scene truly started to flourish. Gaga was suffering from a labral tear in her right leg. she secretly nursed for several weeks to ensure she was able to continue the tour. After a show in Toronto left her unable to walk and suffering from severe pain the singer was taken to a hospital for surgery, and the tour was canceled.
